She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis and Greta Genevieve McGee McElwee; her brother Francis McElwee; and her siblings-in-law, Delores McElwee and James "Jim" Gribble.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Lee Riggleman; her children, Larry Riggleman (Brenda) of Beverly and Lisa Shaffer (Ben) of Elkins; her granddaughters, Sarah and Haleigh Riggleman; and her siblings, Russell McElwee (Velma) of Beverly, Doris Gribble of Chesapeake, VA and Janet Sue Iseli (Bill) of Elkins.
To ensure the safety of family and friends during the pandemic, a graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, January 1, 2021 at the Beverly Cemetery.
