He is survived by: his son Matthew "Matt" James Howell (Ashley) of Elkins; his siblings, Michael Franklin Howell (Beverly), Debbie Ogden (Terry) of Alpena, Becky Warner (Gary) of Beverly, Trinity Howell (Ronda) of Beverly, Melissa Howell of Beverly, Travis Howell (Brianna Hill) of Beverly and Kelsey Howell of Beverly; his grandchildren, Johnathon, Kimmie, Lauren, Blaine, Bentley, Grayson, Alyissa Mae and Waylon; his sister-in-law Theresa Howell; and his close friend Brian Utt.
