He is survived by: his wife Emma Mallow; his children, Neal Phillips (Kathy) of Buckhannon and Sheila Moyer of Beverly; his grandchildren, Robbie Moyer (Skylar Kelley) of Beverly, Zachery (Lauren Digman) of Beverly, Heather (Micheal Hill) of Belington, Shawn (Sandra Phillips) of Stonewood, Remington, Easton, Eva and Ellie Phillips of Buckhannon; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Riley Phillips, Kelsie Hill, Levi Moyer, Jaxon Watson and Alyana Kelley; his aunt Virginia Buck; and his siblings, Gerold Phillips (Linda) of Pennsylvania, Linda Hughes (Kevin) of Maryland, Danny (Debbie) of Florida and Jane Mize of Mississippi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
