She is survived by: her children, Donald Wayne Boltz, Jr. (Barbara) of Beverly and Mary Catherine Boltz of Beverly; her siblings, John Minear (Frances) of Dailey, Roger Ware (Judy) of Elkins and Nancy Moore (Dave) of Beverly; her grandchildren, Andrea Boltz of Galloway, Miracle Boltz of Huntington and Bryon Boltz of Morgantown; and her great grandchild Mason Ketterman of Galloway. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
