He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin R. Summerfield and Pheobe M. Elza Summerfield. He is survived by: his children, John Summerfield of Buckhannon, Chris Summerfield of Philippi, Wendy Deschenes (Mark) of Florida and Donna Rutter (Matt) of Elkins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tomblyn Funeral Home (45 Randolph Ave, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
