She is survived by: her daughters, Louise Lynn Arbogast of Philippi and Evelyn Joyce Howell (Victor) of Beverly; her brother Roger Welch of Valley Head; her grandchildren, James, Donald, Amanda, Jacob and Homer; her great grandchildren, Nichole, Holly, Donald Jr., Abigail and Dalton; and her great great grandchild Hudson Sanders.
