She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeddie Dile and Esta Margaret Eye Mullennex; her husband Leonard Ray Cunningham; and her brothers, Keyser L. Mullennex (Maude), David Mullennex (Peggy) and Sgt. Kermit Mullennex.
She is survived by: her sons, John D. Cunningham (Patricia) of Beverly and James M. Cunningham (Delilah) of Beverly; her granddaughters, Kimberly Nulton (Jason) of Parkersburg, WV, Christine Hall (Jason) of Beverly, WV and Ashley Cunningham (Mike Calhoun) of Mount Airy, NC.; her stepgranddaughters, Debra King and Cindy Eversole; her great grandchildren, Dominic Cunningham, Jackson Keller, Kiera Hall, Kylee Hall and Lacey Keller; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Wyatt Nulton, Kory King, Matthew, Preston Eversole, Amelia Nulton and Kyra King; her sister-in-law Stella Mullennex; her sisters, Ethel "Pauline" Coates (Emery), Josie Mullennex and Janet Cooper (Waldo); and her nephew Kenneth White (Wanda).
In lieu of flowers, Louise requested that contributions be made to Vision Worship Center, 1612 Lavalette Ave., Elkins, WV 26241 in her memory.
