He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd J. Price and Myrtle Brown Price. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Hogue; his children, Michael Joseph Price of East Dailey, Cathy Ann Brown (David) of Beverly and Cynthia Louise Simmons (Rick) of Huttonsville; his granddaughters, Derica Sylvia (Tyler), Brittanie Morgan (Bryan), Lacey Dulek (Josh) and Cortney Price (Britt Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Heith, Leighton, Paiden, Emma and Mollie.
