She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond M. Willard and Alma Ruth Frum Willard; and her brother Willis Lee Willard. She is survived by: her husband Charles Robert Eddy; her children, Theresa Ruth Wilson, Charles R. Eddy, Jr., Raymond Greg Eddy and Melvin Todd Eddy; her grandchild Tyra Kelly; and her nieces, Kathy Osburn and Beverly Kay Pratt. She is also survived by the numerous family members and friends.
