It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ray Walters (Beverly, West Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife June Marie Walters; his parents, Rex Willard Walters and Dorothy Walters; and his brother Jerry Willard Walters. He is survived by: his sister Carol Rose (Ronnie Rose) of White Plains, MD; his stepmother Doris Walters of Punta Gorda, FL; and his sister-in-law Rita Walters of Stephens City, VA.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, in-laws and friends.
