He is survived by: his wife Norma Bennett; his children, Debbie Cullen (Chris) of Castalia, OH and Tim Hornick (Brenda) of Elkins, WV; his siblings, Wayne Hornick of Beverly, WV, Frank Hornick of Summersville, WV and Carolyn Pingley of Beverly, WV; his brother-in-law Bernard Bennett of Elkins, WV.; his grandchildren, Ashlee Cullen of Sandusky, OH, Seth Hornick (Kelly) of Elkins, WV, Jordan Schaefer (Jackson) of Monroeville, OH and Jessica Severino (Anthony) of Elkins, WV.; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Graham, Reese, Harper, Beau, Brantlee, Jax, Nico, Dawson and Ivie; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Audrey and Sawyer; his siblings, Nancy Srnsky, Loretta Bennett and Gilbert Hornick; and also Ron Phillips.
