It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellis Charles Mann of Beverly, West Virginia, born in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mann and Violet Pearson Mann; and his wife Elizabeth Eloise Isner. He is survived by: his son Ronald Mann of Elkins.
