He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson Goldizen and Gladys Rebecca Hesse Goldizen; the mother of his children Pauline Astin Goldizen; and his siblings, Bob Goldizen, Larry Goldizen, Janet Goldizen and Linda Barlow.
He is survived by: his wife Estelle "Tillie" Chenoweth Goldizen; his children, Gary Goldizen (Rhonda), Tammy Epperly (Bud), Debbie Stalnaker (Dan), Cliff Biller (Tiffiny) and Dale Biller; his siblings, James Goldizen (Sissy), Fred Goldizen (Barbara), Jack Goldizen (Loretta), Paul Goldizen (Ann) and Shirley Biller (Dale); his sister-in-law Karen Goldizen; his grandchildren, Becky, Drew, Jeremy, Adam, Andi, Anthony, Jackie, Tommy, Samantha, Jenna, Josie and Taylor; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
