She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Leon and Ann L. Smith; and her husband William Valentine Heck, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lee Smith (Kim) of Beverly, Billy Heck of Beverly and Anna Heck (Jon Shifflett) of Elkins; her siblings, Linda Clark, Leon Smith, Roger Smith, Norman "Wink" Smith and Gary Smith; her grandchildren, Ashley Burdette, Debbie Smith, Terry Smith, Bently Heck and Maverick Shifflett; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Slayton and Adriana Gibson; and her pet Bella.
