He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Harvey White and Alice Collett White. He is survived by: his children, David White (Christina), Kenny White (Hillary) and Ashley White; his grandchildren, Shawn, Brody, Bryanna, Patrick, Natasha, Ethan, Haleigh, Makenzie, Nathan and Joshlynn; his great grandchildren, Oaklee, Kaesyn, Sophia and Addy; his siblings, Pam Peters, Denny White and Kenny White; and the mother of his children Gay White. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
