He is survived by: his wife Beverly Barr Williams; his children, Lori Bernardi (Anthony) and Gary Williams (Vicki); his grandchildren, Jamie Bernardi (Bryant Rujak), Stacie Bernardi VanRossem (Michael), Jeffrey Boyce (Ashley), Paula Boyce Truax (Danny) and Kim Boyce; his great grandchildren, Christian Truax (Presley), Luna VanRossem, Layla, Lucas, Landon, Lilly Ann Rujak and Riley Boyce; his brother Craig A. Williams; and his godson Keith Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Clarke's name to the Weirton Geriatric Center, 2525 Pennsylvania Avenue, Weirton, WV 26062.
