She was predeceased by: her parent Freeman Henry Quimby; and her granddaughter Abigail Spiker. She is survived by: her parent Juanita Lenore Quimby (Artress) of Sunnyvale, CA; her husband Gerald R. Spiker; her children, Gerald R. Spiker, Jr. (Brandy) of Grafton, William V. Spiker (Heather) of Bridgeport, WV, Kimberly A. Spiker of Charlotte, NC and Matt E. Spiker (Catherine) of Fairmont, WV; her grandchildren, Justin Spiker, Kaileigh Spiker, Mckayla Austin and Bellamy Spiker; her stepchildren, Barbara, Clarence, Sandy, Andrew, Tricia, Kathy and Nancy; and her brothers, Kelvin Quimby (Darlyn) and David Quimby (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
