He is survived by: his wife Lura Barr Joseph; his children, Deidra (Jay) of Wellsburg, WV, Matthew of Bethany, WV and Rick of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Ross, Rhett and Ziva; his siblings, Ed (Mary Fran), Chris and Kurt Joseph; and his pet Margaret Ann. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
