He is survived by: his sons, Clayton Shain (Laren) of Racine, OH and Jordon Shain of Follansbee, WV; his grandson Blake Shain; his caregiver Carol Shain (Wilson); and his siblings, Norma Clark (Bill) of Columbus, OH, Alma Ruth Johnson of Racine, OH, Robert "Sam" Shain (Ruth) of Letart Falls, OH, Paul Leonard Shain of Letart Falls, OH and Kathy Searles of Racine, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
