She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fleming and Mary Catherine Brown (Dunlap); her husband William Lemont "Bill" Chambers; and her siblings, Joan Artley and John Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Chambers of Bethany, WV and Nancy Reed (George) of St. Clairsville, OH; and her siblings, Mary Jane Jackson of Wellsburg, WV, Kathleen Godina of Bethany, WV and Charles "Butch" Brown of Bethany, WV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
