It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Loraine Potter of Berwind, West Virginia, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Albert Patton; and her siblings, Betty Nelson of Newhall, Tommy Patton and Dale Patton of Pulaski, VA.. She is survived by: her children, Edward Potter of Berwind, Amanda Charles (Adam) of Berwind and Christy Barton of Newhall; her sisters, Mildred Hicks of Bandy, VA and Kathy Davidson of Bandy, VA; and her grandchildren, Caleb Payne, Krissa Charles (Danny White) of Man, WV and Emily Charles. She is also survived by grandbaby.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Berwind Pentecostal Christian Center (3363 Rift Berwind Rd, Berwind, WV 24815). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
