He is survived by : his parents, Raymond Perkins and Sally LouVern Blakley Perkins of Whittaker Ridge, WV; his fiancée Jessica Caskey of Whittaker Ridge, WV; his siblings, Raymond Perkins, Jr. (Doris Ann) of Bluewell, WV, Matthew Perkins (Melissa Graham) of Squire, WV, Rosie Perkins (Mike Jones) of Saltville, VA and Regina Hollandsworths (Jack) of Lewisburg, WV; and his close friend Bill Lester.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Powerhouse Ministries (14 Main Caretta Rd, War, WV 24892). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
