Zona H. Apple Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zona H. Apple of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Moreland and Harriet Rannells Moreland; her husband Willard Franklin Apple, Sr.; her son Willard Franklin Apple II; and her siblings, Mabel Bain, Glendola Price, Verona Reel, Aileen Eaton, Paul Moreland, Fleming Moreland, Chester Moreland and Forrest Moreland.
She is survived by: her children, Iris Jeanne Songer and Joe Farris; and her granddaughters, Erica Gunnoe and Jessica Songer Losh (Dan). She is also survived by two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery (40 Jason Haines Rd, Points, WV 25437).
