He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Michael Jenkins; his children, William Sherwood "Buck" Jenkins, Jr. (Chris) of Berkeley Springs, Michelle Ann Marshall (Richard "Rem") of Berkeley Springs, Ricky Lee Jenkins (Melissa) of Berkeley Springs, Nikki Renee Capper (Mike) of Berkeley Springs and Tanya Lynn Farris (Pat) of Berkeley Springs; and his siblings, Pat Wills, Vickie Taylor, Carl Nicholson and Ray Nicholson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
