He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence William and Eleanor Frances Thrasher Youngblood; his brother James Edward Youngblood; and his grandson Kyle William Youngblood. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Hogbin Youngblood; his children, William Edward Youngblood (Charity) of Berkeley Springs, Tamelia Jeanne Hummel (Daniel) of Berkeley Springs and Phillip Dewayne Youngblood (Rebecca) of Martinsburg; his sister Doris Mae Fleece of Berkeley Springs; and his granddaughter Natalie Jamison Youngblood of Martinsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
