He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst Roger and Kathryn Christine Hullihen Mincher; his brothers, Ernst Mincher, Sr., James Mincher, William Mincher, Ronald Mincher and Kenneth Mincher; and his son-in-law DeeJ Dishman.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Linnette Rhodes Mincher; his daughters, Danielle Marie Weaverling (Johnny) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Ronnica Kay Dishman of Berkeley Springs, WV and Ashley Mincher (Buck) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his grandchildren, Wilford Nutter, Joseph Williams, London Williams, Aidan Mincher, Ethan Dishman and Willow Dishman; and his sisters, Linda Burr of Odenton, MD, Maylee Burnside of Dundalk, MD and Terry Barker of Crestview, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
