She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Butts and Mae C. Cain Butts; her husband Donald Elesworth Fox; her sons, Gary Donald Fox and John Elesworth Fox; her brothers, Glen R. Butts and Lee Butts; and her granddaughter Michelle R. Mowery.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Jean Mowery of Berkeley Springs, Roger Lee Fox of Berkeley Springs and Timmy Eugene Fox of Berkeley Springs; and her grandchildren, Andrew S. Mowery of Berkeley Springs, Derrick S. Fox of Berkeley Springs, Mindy Jean Quinonez of Berkeley Springs, Jason S. Mowery of Berkeley Springs, Amber L. Stotler of Berkeley Springs, Shyene A. Farrell of Berkeley Springs, Bethany B. Dunkin of Berkeley Springs, Monica M. Morris of Hagerstown, MD and Michele R. Zaccagnini of Warrenton, VA. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
