He is survived by: his parents, Gloria Jean Barney Kelly of Berkeley Springs and Ronald Clay Kelly; his wife Carleen Rebecca Miller Kelly of Berkeley Springs; his children, Kayleen Rebecca DiMinno of Martinsburg, WV, Kristeen Nikole Scott (Michael) of Martinsburg, Kyleen Elizabeth Kelly (Jacob Short) of Morgantown, WV and Kathleen Marie Kelly (Noah Cranmer) of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Carol Ann Strawderman (Mike) of Tulsa, OK and James Lynn Kelly (Michelle) of Moon Township, PA; and his grandchildren, Olivia Rebecca DiMinno of Martinsburg, Cole Michael Scott of Martinsburg and Cason James Scott of Martinsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
