He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Ray, Sr. and Phyllis Maxine Alderton Breeden. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Allen Flowers of Berkeley Springs, Nicole Renee Mechem of Great Cacapon, WV and Amy Jo Breeden (Dawn Wagner) of Great Cacapon, WV; and his siblings, Cindy Michael of Appomattox, VA and Warner Ray "Butch" Breeden, Jr. (Eric Shives) of Hedgesville, WV. He is also survived by two grandsons, two granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
