It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Mae Masters (Berkeley Springs, West Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 23, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William August, Sr. and Mildred Louise Sadler Seegmuller; her husband James Wayne Master; and her siblings, Ruth Weaver, Martin and Henry Seegmuller.
She is survived by: her sons, James Max Masters of Red Line, PA and Richard Wayne Masters of Berkeley Springs, WV; her siblings, Flora Kennedy of La Jolla, CA and William Seegmuller of Newark, DE; and her grandchildren, Jessie Masters and Ashley Masters.
