It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Ann Swaim of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Great Cacapon, West Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leroy and Thelma Juanita Bushman (Clingerman); her husband Samuel Dennis Swaim; and her siblings, James Kenneth Bushman and Bonnie Clingerman.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Swaim Loughry; her son-in-law Allen; her grandson Justus; and her sisters, Louise Keiter of Berkeley Springs and Lois Jean Swaim of Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Ann's life, any charitable donations may be given in her name to the Morgan County Humane Society, or Give Purrs A Chance non-profit cat adoption center, both of Berkeley Springs.
