Teressa Ann Middlekauff Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2020, at the age of 63, Teressa Ann Middlekauff of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Bud Buterbaugh. She is survived by: her husband William Lawrence Middlekauff; her sons, Shaun Emory Buterbaugh of Wafordsburg, PA, Chris Buterbaugh of Berkeley Springs, Brandon Lee Middlekauff of Berkeley Springs and Jason Eugene Middlekauff; her siblings, Sharon Swain of Hancock, MD, Allen Clippinger of Pa and Kevin Clippinger of Wafordsburg, PA; her stepfather Donnie Clippinger of Wafordsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Alissa Buterbaugh, Kylin Buterbaugh, Anthony Buterbaugh, Madison Barnett, Nathan Middlekauff, Mackenna Middlekauff, Amelia Middlekauff, Natasha Gladhill, Dominic Roach and Willow Roach.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Terri's memory can be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
