He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Leo Mullen of Chambersburg, PA and Christine Irene Stotler Mullen of Berkeley Springs, WV.; his children, Lauren Elizabeth Mullen-Johnson of Berkeley Springs, Hailey Paige Mullen of Cape Coral, FL and Jaden Scott Truax-Mullen of Inwood, WV; his granddaughter Arianna Lynn McCumbee of Berkeley Springs; his brothers, Chadwick Wayne Mullen of Martinsburg, WV and Donald McKinley Mullen of Berkeley Springs; his niece McKennah Mullen of Berkeley Springs; and his nephews, Bentley Mullen of Berkeley Springs, Ashton Mullen of Berkeley Springs, Reese Mullen of Martinsburg and Victor Mullen of Martinsburg. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
