He is survived by: his close friend Lynda Neff of Berkeley Springs; his sons, Roland Shambaugh, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV and Vincent Edward Shambaugh of Great Cacapon, WV; his sisters, Betty Jean Ruppenthal of Berkeley Springs, Marilyn Beaver of Berkeley Springs and Erma Dawson of Berkeley Springs; his grandchildren, Colton Shambaugh, Rachel Corsale, Kyle Shambaugh and Kortni McCusker; and his great grandchildren, Levi Shambaugh, Penelope Corsale and Jensen McCusker.
