He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Melvin Stotler, Sr. and Anna Rose Maconaughey Stotler; and his sisters, Shirley Willey and Mary Ellen Stotler. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Diane Bechtol Stotler; his children, Kimberly Ann Stotler Smith (Dan) of Berkeley Springs and Roger Lee Stotler, Jr. (Melody) of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Melvie Randall of Martinsburg, WV, Patricia Weller of Moorefield, WV and Melvin Stotler; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Daniel, Matthew, Caleb, Kara and Courtney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
