He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansel Robert Bland and Katherine Simmons White; his wife Patricia Cecelia Canfield Bland; and his stepfather Homer White. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Cecil Bland of Berkeley Springs, Marcus Jeremy Bland of Hagerstown, MD and Nathaniel Ryan Bland I (Mandy) of Berkeley Springs; his grandchildren, Jason Christopher Bland of Berkeley Springs, Nathaniel Ryan Bland II of Berkeley Springs, Shawn Matthew Bland of Berkeley Springs, Andrew Daniel Bland of Berkeley Springs and Kyle Robert Bland of Berkeley Springs; and his stepmother Josephine Taylor Bland. He is also survived by one sister, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
