With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert D. Hoard of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hoard and Freda Hoard; and his wife Louise Hoard. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Stahl (Tommy) and Michael Hoard (Libby); his grandchildren, Ashley (Terrell), Andrew (Mikayla), Watson and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Liliana, Michael and Diana; and his brother Richard Hoard (Beverly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, loyal friends.
