He is survived by: his father Elmer Franklin Kyne of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Diana Louise Whisner of Berkeley Springs, Stephanie Renee Hook of Great Cacapon and William Joseph Kyne of Berkeley Springs; and his nieces, Candace Marie Bland and Shaylee Renee Hargett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
