We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Richard James Wills of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Swella McCumbee Wills; his siblings-in-law, Gary Douglas Miller, Joe Skokie, Shirley Ann Miller and Clara Marie Miller; and his nephew Anthony "Tony" Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Miller Wills; his daughter Kelly Diane Wills of Berkeley Springs; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Beatrice Skoskie of Melbourne, FL, Kenneth Wayne Miller (Gale) of State College, PA and Daniel Thomas Miller (Carolyn) of Hedgesville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Richard's memory may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430 or to the Tri-State Honor Guard, c/o Tom Kiley, 527 N. Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
