Randy Lee Waugh Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy Lee Waugh of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester "Bud" Waugh and Mabel Regina Flowers Waugh; his wife Marsha Dawn Kesecker Waugh; and his brother Thurman "Buddy" Waugh. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Daniel (Donna) of Davidson, NC, Jason Nathanael (Jenny) of Lusby, MD, Randy Josiah (Heather) of Winchester, VA, Jacob Lee (Allison) of Berkeley Springs and Samuel Eli Waugh of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Carol "Sis" Marshall of Berkeley Springs and Jeff Waugh of Martinsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Alexzander, Haylee, Aubree, Kennedy and Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
