We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2024, at the age of 70, Randy Blake Barnes of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Taft and Annetta Margaret Unger Barnes; his wife Deborah Kay Speelman Barnes; and his siblings, Herbert David Barnes, Charlotte Trail, Margaret Fleegle and Barbara Barnes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Barnes of Berkeley Springs, Rachel Glascock of Martinsburg, Mildred Deatherage of Crossville, TN and Lucille Ray of Maryland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
