He is survived by: his wife Blanche Diane Doyle Borley; his children, Debbie Lorraine Lee of Florida, Linda Jean Franco of Florida, Ralph Clifton Borley, Jr. of Florida, Rodney Clifton Borley of Bowling Green, VA, Diane Marie Shroyer of Big Rapids, MI and JoAnn Francis Starner of Riverdale, MD; and his brother Richard Fink of Berkeley Springs, WV. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one great great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
