She was predeceased by: her parents, Dayton A. Omps and Icy Puffinberger Omps; her son Dave Crouse; and her siblings, Jerry Puffinberger, Pete, Donnie Omps, Martha Puffinberger, Marie Grimes, Lola DeWease and Bessie Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Doug of Berkeley Springs, WV, John Crouse of Berkeley Springs, WV and Jody Crouse; her daughter-in-law Lisa Crouse of Berkeley Springs, WV; her brother William "Buck" Omps of Cross Junction, VA; her grandchildren, Nichole O'Neal, Brandi, David, Christine and Dean Crouse; her great grandchild Meranda Haynes; and her grandchildren, Chloe and Eli Fitz.
