She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Clifford Kyne and Peggy Joan Sheppard Kyne of Berkeley Springs, WV.. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Richard "Dick" Payne; her children, Richard Scott Payne (Tina) of Largent, WV, Brenda Lyn Shrout (Eddie) of Martinsburg and John William Payne of Berkeley Springs; and her siblings, Marcia Gay Cross of New Market, TN, Donald Clifford Kyne of Berkeley Springs and Michael Steven Kyne of Berkeley Springs. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
