She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Wayne and Teresa Lynn Myers Kline of Berkeley Springs, WV.; and her sisters, Melissa Ann Fabian of Berkeley Springs and Meagon Noel Faulkner (Christopher) of Seaford, DE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
