We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2023, at the age of 69, Marsha Dawn Waugh of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Mack Kesecker, Sr. and Ethel Lorena Barnhart Kesecker; and her brother Timothy Scott Kesecker. She is survived by: her son Later; her husband Randy Lee Waugh; her sons, Joshua Daniel (Donna) of Davidson, NC, Jason Nathanael (Jenny) of Lusby, MD, Jacob Lee (Allison) of Berkeley Springs, Randy Josiah (Heather) of Winchester, VA and Samuel Eli of Berkeley Springs, WV.; her grandchildren, Alexzander, Haylee, Aubree, Kennedy and Morgan; and her siblings, Susan Lorena Rickard, Donna Renee Kesecker, Lorie Michelle Kesecker, Bernard Mack "Bernie" Kesecker, Jr., Dennis Wade Kesecker and Brian Dale Kesecker, Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.
