With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Dorothea Kozak (Berkeley Springs, West Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 30, 2020 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bartholomew Leo and Pauline Petronella Keller Hester; her husband Jerome Joseph Kozak, Sr.; and her son John Christopher Kozak. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Kozak of Berkeley Springs, Anne Marie Kozak Burnette of Berkeley Springs, Jerome Joseph Kozak, Jr. of White Marsh, MD, Charles Bartholomew Kozak, Sr. of Catonsville, MD and Mary Regina Kozak-Bruce of Stewartstown, PA. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
