It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Lorraine Billings of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Howard Schriefer and Mary Barbara Schriefer (Dorbert); and her sister Mary Ellen Boehmlein. She is survived by: her husband James W. Billings; her children, Theresa D. Meisel and James D. Billings; and her brother Howard Lawrence Schriefer. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
