He is survived by: his children, Lyla Gale Fleegle, Randy Scott Dawson and Allen Robertson; his stepsons, Jimmy Largent and William Largent; his sister Nina Jewell; and his grandchildren, Cory Jason Dawson, April Dawson Daily, Jessie Dawson, Thray W. Carlisle, Marci R. Faro, Ayleashua Dawson and Roger Carlisle, Jr.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
