He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Hax-Fell (Mark) and Kimberly Champagne-Settles (Richard); his stepsons, Steven Piscitelli (Camille) and Gene Piscitelli (Kaye); his grandchildren, Jordan Nicholson (Tad), Connor Hax, Melissa Fell, Kari Bailey, Tyler Champagne (Danielle), Bailey Champagne (Daniel) and Sydney Champagne; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Dylan, Nolan Nicholson, Jackson, Gracie and Jameson Champagne; his sister Beverly Lillywhite (Keith); his niece Nicole Lillywhite; and his girlfriend Natalie Zanolli. He is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
